Body Conditioning
In a ballet body conditioning class, exercises will include planks and core exercises to improve core strength and stability, leg exercises to strengthen and tone the legs, arm exercises to enhance upper body strength and coordination, and stretching exercises to improve flexibility. These classes benefit students by helping them build a strong and well-balanced physique, improving their technique and performance in ballet, reducing the risk of injuries, and promoting overall fitness and body awareness.

Adult Beginner Ballet
It is never too late to start ballet! Our adult beginner class is perfect for adults who dream of exploring ballet. Starting form fundamental techniques, positions, and movements, students will gradually build strength, flexibility and coordination. It also helps to keep fit, stay slim and build muscles.
